Jincheng's Wellness Tourism Shines in Beijing Strategic Partnerships Empower Industry Upgrades

Recently, the China Silver Age Arts Festival and 2025 Wellness Tourism City Promotion Conference was held at the Diamond Court of Beijing National Tennis Center. Jincheng City, recognized as a benchmark city for China's wellness industry development, was invited to participate in this event.


Co-hosted by the Wellness Tourism Industry Branch of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Tourism Chamber, “This YOUNG Senior Party,” the New Wellness Think Tank, and New Wellness Finance, the event aimed to promote urban wellness tourism and residential industries, foster IP innovation models integrating local culture and tourism, consolidate premium resources, facilitate cross-regional collaboration, establish supply-demand matching platforms, and advance the coordinated development of cultural tourism and wellness sectors.


During the conference, seven cultural tourism and wellness destinations—Chizhou (Anhui), Chongli (Hebei), Jincheng (Shanxi), Nantong (Jiangsu), Panzhihua (Sichuan), Bijie (Guizhou), and Anning (Yunnan)—signed strategic agreements with the Wellness Tourism Industry Branch of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Tourism Chamber and the New Wellness Think Tank. Jincheng City's successful strategic agreement as a cultural tourism and wellness destination represents not only high recognition of our city's wellness resources and development environment, but also a crucial step in introducing external resources to elevate and upgrade our local wellness industry.


During the city keynote speech segment, Ms. Pan Lixia, Jincheng's Cultural Tourism Ambassador, shared the story of Jincheng's journey to become a national cultural tourism and wellness city.


Through a vivid and captivating presentation, she guided attendees on a virtual tour of Jincheng. This journey not only showcased the city's enchanting landscape—dubbed “Ancient Fortress of the East, Jincheng of Humanity, Cloud Brocade Taihang, Poetic Painting Jincheng”—but also profoundly illustrated Jincheng's commitment to creating a poetic haven for the silver generation and all who seek a healthy, fulfilling life.


The off-site exhibition area showcased premium cultural tourism and wellness resources such as Dayang Ancient Town, Yang'a Qingju, and Lingchuan Zhanghe, drawing visitors to stop and inquire. This served as a vibrant showcase for Jincheng's wellness tourism offerings, highlighting the city's distinctive features and advantages in wellness travel products.


At the inaugural wellness tourism product experience showcase, Ms. Song Yao, Vice President of Jincheng Cultural Tourism and Wellness Association and General Manager of Oriental Cultural Tourism Group, delivered a keynote titled “Representative of Ancient Architecture Cultural Tourism: Jincheng Wellness Journey Product Promotion.” She highlighted the dual-track “short-stay + long-stay” tourism product system, showcasing Jincheng's implementation of the “Wellness Shanxi, Summer Retreat in Shanxi” strategy.


The event attracted over 10 travel agencies and wellness platforms from Beijing, Shanghai, and other regions for cooperation discussions, resulting in preliminary agreements for three interprovincial travel route collaborations. This established a precise bridge for Jincheng's products to reach the national market.


The successful promotion and signing in Beijing marked a high-profile debut for Jincheng's wellness and cultural tourism industry on the national stage, serving as a significant milestone in deepening external cooperation and enhancing brand influence.
